This initiative launched in response to increasing customer demand for regional availability and speed of delivery. VSE distributes of line maintenance parts (ELM 1 & 2) from three locations in the US (Miami FL, Phoenix, AZ and Independence, KS), Singapore and Hamburg, Germany. VSE will staff a retail customer call / sales center dedicated to P&WC customers. This agreement facilitates expanded reach, resulting in better response times for delivery of flight-critical components to keep customers flying.
We invite you to complete VSE’s customer onboarding steps so that you are ready to start receiving parts from the distribution center nearest you. VSE and P&WC are completing a thorough review of our business processes to ensure that the transition is seamless. Ensuring customers receive the same level of personalized, expert service Pratt & Whitney Canada is known for is our priority.
VSE Aviation is a diversified aerospace parts distribution, MRO and logistics service provider supporting a broad range of commercial, transport, business and general aviation, rotorcraft and military customers. In January 2021, VSE became the exclusive distributor for the APS500 program. This latest agreement adds to VSE’s portfolio with Pratt & Whitney Canada.
ESP™ customers will continue to order parts from Pratt & Whitney Canada’s dedicated ESP Frontline. The parts will be delivered by VSE. ESP™ customers are invited to complete the onboarding process with VSE to facilitate ordering parts not covered by ESP™, such as insurance claims.
