VSE Corporation (NASDAQ: VSEC, “VSE”) announced on 17 October 2022 that VSE Aviation, Inc. through its GlobalParts division, has been awarded a three-year extension of its distribution agreement with Bombardier.
Under the terms of the agreement, VSE will remain the authorized distributor for approximately 30,000 Bombardier airframe parts serving approximately one thousand Learjet 20, Learjet 30, and Learjet 50 series aircraft through 2025.

This program, coupled with VSE’s repair capabilities and existing engine accessories and other distribution programs, continues to support VSE’s position as a market leader in the growing business and general aviation aftermarket.”
