VSE Aviation, Inc. (“VSE”), a subsidiary of VSE Corporation (NASDAQ: VSEC), has entered into a five-year, exclusive Jetwave Fuselage Mount Antenna (FMA) system distribution agreement with Honeywell. VSE Aviation is the exclusive distributor to Honeywell’s EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa and India) Channel Partner Network for the JetWave fuselage mounted antenna (FMA) systems used on VVIP aircraft.
Under the terms of the agreement, VSE Aviation will be the exclusive distributor in EMEA for the JetWave Satcom systems. These systems provide the fastest broadband available for business aviation, and the first consistent high-speed broadband service to span the world, ensuring internet access from park, taxi, take-off to over-ocean flight with guaranteed bandwidth through the Inmarsat Satellite network. VSE will provide support to Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) and Airbus Corporate Jet (ACJ) operators and Honeywell Authorized Dealers. This agreement impacts all operators globally who have service or completions done in the EMEAI region.
This agreement enhances VSE’s existing product offering and support of Honeywell JetWave products. VSE Aviation is currently the exclusive North American distributor of JetWave tail-mounted antenna (TMA) systems, and by adding the FMA systems, VSE can now fully support Business & General Aviation operators in the US and EMEAI regions.
